Sweeping & Scrubbing

Sweeping

First we will thoroughly sweep the floors with both an industrial sweeper and then by hand if necessary to prepare the floor for the more intensive scrubbing that will occur in the third step of our process. Dust and dirt stirred up by the sweeper is collected inside the unit itself, maintaining a dirt free environment so as to not disturb any workers, sensitive equipment and or computers that may be in the immediate are of the cleaning taking place. When that step is complete we then progress on to step two....

Pressure Washing

We also use a high quality, industrial grade pressure washing unit pictured below to prep the floor from the remaining dust and dirt particles that are inevitably left behind during the sweeping process. 
     
This includes pre foaming with soap of the area and then water heated to a 200 degree temperature within the pressure unit is used to resume the cleaning process, utilizing water barriers as needed to protect the outlying or unwanted areas from potential water intrusion.
 
This is usually quite successful in the breakdown of oil, grease, and other stubborn grimy contaminant buildup that many Garages, Warehouses and or Plant floors accumulate even after weeks of consistent usage and work performance.

Industrial Scrubbing

Again the finest industrial equipment available it utilized in this third and final stage of the deep cleaning process we provide, also pictured below. In this stage the floor having already been thoroughly cleansed and swept will bring a final cleansing with additional soap product and wax if applicable. 
                
All the dirty water is kept inside the unit and is discarded in the most clean manner available at your site and all products utilized during these three processes are of the greenest grade available within the industry so pollutants to the environment are kept to a bare minimum if existent at all.

A list of all the products we will use as well as the machinery you can expect to be utilized will be disclosed in full prior to your securing of our firm for your industrial cleaning needs, be they a one time heavy duty scrub down or a regularly schedule cleaning of your premises can be arranged if your company lacks the maintenance crews to accomplish these goals on your own.
